Jol Kuthi land shares now open for booking in Siddhirganj

Exkoo Development has opened bookings for Jol Kuthi, a land share project in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj. The plot has been divided into sixteen registered shares, and each one is recorded in the buyer's own name at registration.

Shares are priced from BDT 20 lakh. Buyers pay a booking amount, a down payment and fixed monthly instalments; the full schedule is attached to the sale agreement and does not change after signing.
