South Bengal Luxury Apartments: our first project in Khulna

Exkoo Development will build its first project outside the Dhaka region in Khalishpur, Khulna. South Bengal Luxury Apartments will offer three layouts — 1,250, 1,450 and 1,680 sft — each with a south-facing balcony and an attached bath in the master bedroom.

The project is in design and approval. Registration of interest is open now: families who register will receive the approved plans and the final price list before public booking begins.

Khalishpur is one of Khulna's established residential areas, close to the Rupsha river and the city's main schools and markets. Our engineering team has completed the soil investigation, and the structural design follows the Bangladesh National Building Code.
